CUSTOMER PRE-ORDERS

• The hatching eggs are for PRE-ORDER, and we ship based on availability from the flock, factor in the weather, and order number. Your order does not ship immediately. Feel free to reach out via email if you’d like an estimate on time.
**The total can be up to 2 dozen per box, and if you want more eggs, please place a second order.**

Packaging, Shipping, Farm Pickup

• We have been shipping eggs since 2019. We ship February - September - once we factor in the weather. Our eggs are saved fresh for a few days, packed securely in custom foam egg shippers, for maximum safe travel and impact. We do our very best to package the eggs, which are shipped on Mondays - Tuesdays USPS 2-3 Day. We continue to include a hatch guide in the box + as always, extra eggs!

• At Checkout when we ask “Hold for Pickup or Ship to House” - Leave Any Notes about Dates Not to Ship!

(NEW) We have factored in the $15.00 USPS Live Chick + Perishable Handling Fee into the shipping cost. For most part packages arrive safe, until they don’t. In the case of any damage - due to mishandling - 100% file a damage claim - and reach out to us if you need supporting documentation. We mention more about claims on the FAQ page.

• There are three delivery options to choose from at checkout: Up to one dozen - in foam + double boxed is $40.00 insured for $100.00. 1.5 - 2 dozen is $60.00 insured for the subtotal of the order, in larger foam. Local Egg Pickup by Appointment.

• Once your eggs are boxed up, expect an order fulfillment email with tracking information on Monday or Tuesday afternoon.
