Packaging, Shipping, Farm Pickup
• The hatching eggs are for PRE-ORDER, and we ship based on availability from the flock and order number. The max total is 2 dozen per box, and if you want more eggs, please place a second order. We ship January - September. Our eggs are saved fresh for a few days, packed securely in foam egg shippers, with shredded newspaper, for maximum safe travel. We do our very best to package the eggs, which are shipped on Mondays/Tuesdays USPS 2-3 Day. We continue to include a hatch guide in the box + as always, extra eggs! You’ll see a pop up after each item added to your cart, to confirm which delivery option you’d like (hold at post office or ship home) and be sure to list the dates you’d NOT like the eggs shipped on (maybe you’re going on vacation) in the notes pop up - or just send over an email.
• When we ship 2 dozen per box, we add extra insurance to cover the subtotal. Please be sure to select the correct shipping option at checkout. The shipping option is auto set to $25.00, but if you order 1.5-2 dozen eggs please select the $45.00 option on the checkout page. All orders are automatically insured for $100 with USPS, but if you purchase 1.5-2 dozen you get extra insurance to cover the subtotal in case of damage.

• Once your eggs are boxed up, expect an order fulfillment email with tracking information on Monday or Tuesday afternoon.
